3. No Employment Guarantees

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

SkillLaunch Canada does NOT guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing our programs. Our training is designed for educational purposes to help you build digital skills and confidence. Any employment or career advancement is dependent on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, individual effort, and employer requirements.

4. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for Canadian adults aged 40-65. By registering for our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. Registration and Account

When you register for our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Program Enrollment and Fees

6.1 Enrollment: Enrollment in programs is subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms.

6.2 Fees: Program fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before enrollment. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

6.3 Payment: Payment is due as specified in your enrollment agreement.
